Vqsmile They took the car I can't check for frame damage anymore, It was a 45 mph zone.

What state do you live in? The 1st thing you should have done was call the police. He ran a red light and HIT YOU! End of story. Your insurance has nothing to do with this unless he has no insurance himself. His insurance company should have covered everything! He was clearly at fault and you should be taking him to court.
