Getting my drive shaft pulled and measured. Getting the ball rolling. Anyone still on the group buy? Aluminum or carbon fiber drive shaft.

I am in Torrance. Start saving up. CF would be easier for our cars they said. Aluminum would be harder for our cars to do but they can do it. They are going to call me back since they got the measurements today. I will keep you updated so lets get this group buy going so the price can be lower.

So what's the estimate more or less? Are the gains really worth it?

Got the link to the first gen before and after dyno? How much was their driveshaft? Maybe I'll get an idea that way

There is talk about 1200. Aluminum will be cheaper like maybe half the price. Not sure until they call me.

DANG!!! For that price I'll install a few other mods that are more appealing to the eye and ear. Sorry, not ready to dish out so much for few gains and no aesthetic change

Well, looks like it's just me and the other guy on driver. I know i am going to be going a before and after dyno on this product to see what the gains are. Well, more like after since i got my before numbers.

Nope; 'fraid not. Unless you do a true before and after in very short time period, those "before" numbers you already have are too far out of context to be useful. Of course you can do whatever you like, I'm just sayin...

Then i will still do the dyno. I want the number to be accurate.

So i am guessing the Aluminum Drive shaft is out and the company wants to do CF which is better and stronger for our cars. I want to get this Group buy going.
