I have a 2007 G35 sedan and the license plate lights don't work. I replaced both bulbs, all other lights are working. Anything else I should check before calling my mechanic? Thank you in advance.

If Fuse it ok, then its a physical break in the wire somewhere

 

how long have you had it? if the fuse isnt gone then you bumper probably has been removed at some point in the cars life, and whoever did so forgot to reconnect the connector. you should be able to get at the connections by laying under the car and pulling back the splash guards.
