Disable Auto-Recording on Hard Drive
Hey All.
Is there a way to disable the auto-record feature on the hard drive for the 2007 G35?
I like the idea of being able to record the album, but I don't want it to record every time I insert a CD, only when I ask it to do so,
Is this possible?

Yes i havent done it in a while but there is a setting to allow manual recording just browse through the settings else im sure someone will pitch in with the exact menu position of this setting soon
Automatic Recording –
If the “Automatic Recording” function is turned ON, recording to the “Music Box” starts when a CD is playing when inserted in the in-dash CD player.
Select the “Automatic recording” key using Music Box Settings key with the INFINITI Controller, and then push the Enter button
