I think it was some belt debris wound around the one of the idler pulleys if I remember correctly. My best guess is that the belt took a dump at 60k (Didn't think I was supposed to change my belt that soon since I came from a '99 Honda Accord...) and got wrapped/wound around the pulley...

Also, when the tensioner failed, the belt just came off and I could see it in the bottom of the engine bay all in one piece... Not sure how but it was...
