They'll fit 07s on up but the wiring may be a bit different.

Looks like they've got more for sale

Anybody did that for G35? The hard wiring is the same?

Part numbers are not the same, so I assume they're different. You're going to have to figure out how to splice them.

@stockae92 check the 1st post in the thread. i have an 08 g35. these work perfectly, as long as you're willing to splice into the door switch wires. on a 1-10 install difficulty rating, these are a 3.

Can you do a DIY for all of us "non-technical" guys that have no idea what to do? It would be very much appreciated!

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by this? I've installed the OEM footwell accent lights so would that in anyway change how I would wire the kickplates?

in short, no. I meant by that note that they plug in to the car in entirely discrete locations, and don't conflict. The ambient lights come on with the headlights, and the door sills come on with an open door. You can have both installed.

Ok folks, on myg37.com, there are instructions that I found a bit more helpful than the OPs and I thought I would share this with those who may be timid in trying this install. I believe that his method is fine but I found this one to be easier for me. Please remember that any modifications done to your care are done at your own risk.

To do this, you simply splice the white and red wires from the BCM plug on the kickplate harness into the BCM harness in your car. The BCM is located on the right hand side of the front passenger's footwell. This method will allow the kickplates to illuminate when the doors are open and they will turn off when the doors are shut. The reason I chose this method is that you do not have to extend any wires, cut into the door switches, or use an "add a fuse".

In addition to the hardware that comes with the kickplates, all you really need are 2 quick splices: Here is a link to an example from Autozone. I used the 22-18 gauge ones because the wires you are connecting to are very thin. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...er=510814_0_0_

The first step is to disconnect the negative cable from the battery. The second step is to unplug the top left harness from the BCM. I recommend unplugging this harness as it will make it easier to access the wires you need to splice into. It should look like this:

This photo shows the that the harness you need to tap into is the one on the top left. Please do not pay too much attention to the wiring in this particular setup. If you follow the instructions below, you should be good to go.

The third step is to cut off the plug that would go into the BCM. What you are left with is a white wire and a red wire. The plug looks like this:

The fourth step is to use a quick splice to combine the white wire from the kickplate harness to the blue wire on the BCM harness in your car. Then, use a quick splice to combine the red wire from the kickplate harness to the light green wire on the BCM harness in your car. **Please note that there are 2 green wires on this harness. One is a thicker gauge than the other and is a darker green. DO NOT USE THIS WIRE. You have to use the LIGHT GREEN wire that is the same gauge as the blue wire you spliced into earlier. If you are looking at the first picture I provided, it will be the light green wire in between the 2 red wires**.

This is the hardest part of the install (and it is very easy). The rest of the goes exactly as explained in the following link: http://www.infiniti-techinfo.com/asi...5CM%5C1TM8.PDF

Installed these today. Took me an hour and half but I am slow. Thanks to the OP for finding this nice little deal and thanks to otbg35 for the pics and wiring method. They look great. Now it's time to change out the rest of the lights in the car to LED's since the original yellowish lights look like crap now compared to these kick plates.

where's the pics of them installed? thought about picking these up for a while but like others said, spending $250 is a little too much.
