If you want a legitimate answer, you need to provide the full specs of what you're proposing. What are the widths and the offsets on those wheels. As far as the tires go, they are fairly similar in diameter to each other, but could be better still, and they are well over an inch smaller in overall diameter than stock, so you're going to have some error factor in your speedo, ABS, VDC, airbag thresholds, etc. Generally, unless you have a specific reason to change overall diameter, it is best to just stick with a combo that is closer to the stock diameters. For instance, if you went with a 245/45 and a 275/40, you'd not only be virtually identical in overall diameter between front and rear, you'd be right at the stock diameter as well, so no issues there.

I has them installed for 2 week now and no-error appeared. My friend had those rims and give it to me for very cheap for nice rims. I have 1 inch difference in total diameter with the original rims equipped with winter tire. Should be better to roll with vdc off for the computer, to not detect that the rear tire have more traction lol? And I know that the g35x it not fully 4x4 and became rear wheel drive when u go at certain speed

Well ok, sounds like you're already using them then. FWIW, to accomodate those tire widths, the rims should be at around 8" in the front and 9.5" in the rear.
