buying rims! would this fit?

I have a 2008 infiniti g35x. I am looking to purchase a set of rims with the following specs:

Offset: 30
Rim Material: Alloy
Number of Bolts: 5
Rim Width: 9
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3
Rim Diameter: 19

Will these fit?!

Your OEM wheels should be 7.5" w/ +45 offset.

Entering the oem & new figures your new wheels will be 34mm out from where you are now.
