From what i read, looks like 20's and a lowering kit is the basics...

Can someone give advise on wheel / tire sizes, offsets etc..

Also, is the eibach springs pro kit (eBay : Pro-Kit Springs 6399.140 07-08 INFINITI G35x G35 Sedan 4-Door 3.5L V6) decent?

The sky's the limit w/ wheel tire choices
Staggerd, concave, dual concave, 5-spoke, mesh, split spoke, etc.
I prefer staggered w/ a lot of tire out back.
Once you narrow it down it'll be much easier.
Here's mine w/ 245/35/20 on 8.5"x20 +40 offset front 295/30/20 on 10"x20 +45 rear
I'm a bit lower than Eibach on coilovers at zero gap though.

There's just so many wheel choices out there, you'll be driving yourself crazy trying to decide, but that's half the fun and half the frustration. Don't forget to check out the used wheel/tire marketplace here and at www.myg37.com for some nice deals. Might be able to find some nice forged wheels for close to the price point of brand new cast wheels.
