Window problem

Today my auto up window stopped working so i went to reset it but when i was trying to roll my window back up my window stopped going up about 1/4 the way up. but it would go back down with out a problem. I kept trying to get it to go back up and if it waited a little bit the window would go back up but stop like it had a dead battery and it was being slowly recharged. I when i started my car it rolled up a lot farther. My window is now all the way up so its not to much of a issue I would just like to know what i can do to fix it.

Sounds like you need to reprogram the 'stops' for the motor. There a numerous theads here on the topic, probably even a sticky somewhere, so a quick bit of searching should get you all the details.
