interior trim removal how to?

I searched around but didn't find anything...is there a how to on removing the interior peices/trim?

I have the tan interior with the wood grain trim, I love the tan but not a fan of the wood grain. I am looking to remove the wood grain pieces and painting the black to match the exterior

Seems a shame to paint the wood ones black, since they are an upgrade in the eyes of many. As I recall, you couldn't get the wood with any Sport optioned vehicle, so replacing them afterwards was the only way to get there. You might be able swap them +cash with someone looking to do the upgrade. Painting the washi trim is probably easier than painting the wood anyway. Just a thought.

I would be interested in doing the swap with you if you do consider it. Thanks.

I don't mind...I just need to take the time(which I don't have) to remove my trim

Ahh, see, there you go, just two days and you found a match already. And that's without even posting it in the classifieds, no less.

getting that time(hour or two) to take them off is the problem, extra time for me is a luxury
