2nd Gen vs 1st Gen backseat room?
2nd Gen vs 1st Gen backseat room?
Hi there - first post. I have a 2004 G35 sedan that I've put 119K on and I'm looking at getting a lower mileage G. I have two young daughters and can't give up any backseat space.
I have my eye on an '08 G35 sedan with only 25K miles on it - will it have the same room? Thanks.

wow, that's low mileage for a 2008
one thing i like about the G sedan is the rear door can swing wide open (like 90 degree). that was great when I had take the baby seat in or out of the back seat.
I thought the previous gen G35 has reclining back seat option and such.

Biggest difference is in the legroom where the 2008 is greater - however slightly less in the others. Realistically, I think the numbers are too close to notice a difference.

I've owned and used carseats in both. I didn't notice a difference in back seat space, but I found the new car much better in almost every other way. I know that the back seats don't recline like they in the 2008.
