Finally, I took car to the dealership..they hooked it onto the computer and said one of the sensors were leaking air and needed replacement.. I went ahead and did it.. cost $180 after a 10% discount coupon.. Anyone knows, if that was a fair price? And yea, my Extended warranty did not cover it..

I guess it depends on what was actually leaking. There are simple 'rebuild' kits to refresh the seals on the sensors. They sell for just about $3 a piece at Costco, but some stores charge a bit more. Still WAAAAY cheaper than buying a whole new sensor if that was all that was leaking. Dealerships are notorious for pulling that kind of crap though.

does anyone know how to reset the TPMS warning light?

A simple search should turn up the info you're looking for.
