Did you drive with a flat tire?

Its possible you may have damaged the sensor.

How much have you driven it since you re-inflated the tire? Sometimes it takes a bit of driving around to make it happy again. I've even had it take over-inflating it a bit (like 40psi)to get it to turn the light off.

^ +1. It usually takes mine about 10 miles of driving before it resets and the light turns off.

it was a slow leak then I left the car in the garage for a week and it went completely flat so I didn't drive on it... after plugging it I've driven over 50 miles but its still on...I can try to overinflate I suppose until it goes off.. the tire is holding air fine now the light is just annoying. thank you for all of the help everyone

How about the other tires? since it was parked I would check the pressure in all 4 tires.

Do you recall when it deflated if the wheel was oriented in the position where the valve stem was down in the 6 o'clock position? As mentioned before, it could have damaged the sensor if it sat on it. Hopefully not though. Try the over-inflation and double check all the others for pressure; 50 miles is plenty to have reset the sensor.

I will try that...the valve stem was at the 2 o clock position. All other tires have 33 lbs

Did you resolve this? I read online, that if you inflate it to 40psi, drive around for a while..the warning will go off. and then , you could deflate back to 33. It apparently worked for many people. Btw, I got the same issue . going to try it next and then will take it to the dealer.

Mine comes on after driving for about 15 miles and stays on till I shut the car off. Once I restart it's off for another 15 or so miles pressure is 36 all the way around. Any ideas?

Try inflating all your tires to 38psi (not when cold, drive around for a bit until you reach a station so they get hotter.)

Mine turns off after about a minute when I do so. I know one of my tires has a slow leak, and it isn't any puncture or anything, since I changed out the whole tire and it is still leaking very slowly. I suppose one of my valve stems is leaking.

I don't know of any quality tire store that will "Plug" a radial tire, and I wouldn't want one on my ride! I won't go into the whys, but they're not safe at hwy speed! You could try deflating and inflating that tire but make sure it stays at a constant 35 psi. TPS should go off in a few blocks not miles...Gary
