G35 sport lower grille block off shield
G35 sport lower grille block off shield
It's getting damn cold here in Minnesota. I am looking for a lower grille block off shield for g35 sport bumper. If there is nothing on the market, does anyone know the dimension of the lower grille? I'll just make a shield out of cardboard if I have to.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Since nobody answers my question. I went out in the cold to measure the dimension of the lower grille on the sport bumper myself. It turns out to be 27"x21"x3.5". I'll make the cardboard shield tomorrow or later this week to keep my car warmer.

@Joe: it is noticeable that my car is warmer running on highway.
@Urban and Choy: you won't understand unless you live in cold weather like -20F.
To all, while running on highway at 70mph, my feet don't feel warm at all at the setting half windshield defrost and half warm air flows to your feet. I had to switch back and forth from that setting to only warm air in cabin until the windshield gets foggy. The block off shield that I made is not perfect since this is my first time doing it out of the cardboard. However, I am glad that I have it on my car. Moreover, If you research, you will find out adding block off plates in the front of your car will improve aerodynamic which results in higher gas mileage even though it is not my intention. Have you ever wonder why those semi trucks are running with cardboard or cloth shield on their grille in the winter?
