Steering wheel / instrument pod stuck

Hey guys, I've spent the last 45min looking for a thread on this, and haven't been able to find anything.

I have a 2008 and the steering wheel / instrument pod no longer moves UP. The steering wheel moves in and out, but not UP, so I don't expect it to be a fuse, but I'm open to all suggestions.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Thanks.

Is your steering wheel already on the upmost position? In that case, the steering wheel cannot move any more up.

Can your steering wheel move up and down when you manually adjust it? If you wiggle the switch up and down does the steering wheel follow suit?
