I bought my car brand new in 08 and have been a member on here since. Stock, the car ran 14.0 flat, deleted mufflers got me 13.9, K&N drop ins a bullydog programmer along with airbox mod, throttle body bypass, revised cats got me 13.6 Custom cold air intake and finally to bring it all together an Uprev tune. Now, this is where its gets interesting. The tune was done on a Mustang dyno so needless to say the numbers were very low, 267hp and 211tq. I only had I run at the track since the tune and intake. I spun just a touch of the line with a 2.044 60ft 1/8th was 8.56@81.51and 1/4 was 13.42@104.47 she definitely has a 13.3 in it. So despite what dyno numbers say, its all about 1/4mile time. Not bad for a NA 4dr grocery getter....

That's a great time! I only went once, and I suck at it and I still got 14 flat Since then, I got drop-ins, cat back, and Hypertech. Hope I can get better times next time. It really is a great grocery getter!

Thanks, lets just say its been a lot of fun to get to this point. If you get the chance I would go for the Uprev tune it really takes the whole driving experience up a notch in our cars. You'll for sure get a better time then 14

"Driving Experience"... Elaborate. Because I have difficulty justifying spending $700 on a 10-15HP increase even though I have a semi-famous shop that specializes in VQ vehicles 50mi away. I drive in DS or M most of the time anyway.

Well first if your spending $700 for the tune their ripping you off. The tune should only run you $500-$600 as for the driving experience, it enhances the characteristics of the car, throttle response, more torque in lower rpm range, shift firmness, etc. Its the topping on the cake, after you have done your mods the tune brings them all together for the most power.

Lol... well yes and no. The cats are stock but are revised, kinda like when you go hunting and you shoot the animal then you g** it. Due to legal reasons I cant go into to much detail but I think you get the idea, not that I did anything illegal Now as for the cai I couldn't justify spending that much on one so I fabed it myself for half the price. The filters are in front of the radiator just like Stillen and I fabed rain shields which I remove when I go to the track.

It sounds awesome everybody ask what exhaust I have, I tell them deleted mufflers and revised cats and it sounds just as good as the $1000-$1500 catback systems out there.

Its never done lol... Thanks, im really happy with the way it all turned out and most of all it was done at half the price that some people have paid for all the same mods.

I agree. I refuse to pay $1500+ for intake and cat back. I got a TopSpeed for sound, and at last it was only like $350, which is fair.

One more question! Does "revision" make it smell like test pipes do? I got rid of test pipes quickly...

Without the tune no smell, but sense the tune yes. You sound like me, I refuse to pay full price lol.

It's grossly overpriced. I won't do it lol. God I hate that smell
