08 G35x need help with C1104 and C1108 ABS code *Many Lights*

Hey guys, first real issue here on my 08 G35x. Car has been a real treat the past year I've owned it so my luck must have just run out! Basically the other day in the middle of a snow storm all four lights come on the dash ABS, VDC off, SLIP, and AWD. Obviously disables all these functions so I went home and parked it. I took it to a buddy today to scan and read both C1104 and C1108 which is basically Front left ABS sensor 1 and Front left ABS sensor 2. As we know there's only one sensor in per each wheel in the front.

I lifted the front of my car up today and removed both sensors from the hubs and cleaned them up and reinstalled. Got back in fired it up and all the lights went away for about 20seconds then BAM all four lit up again.
These lights stay ON at least the first three then about 4 seconds after the AWD light comes on as well. This happens every time I start my car, the lights are basically permanently on.
I had one occasion after I got gas where they were out as I started the car, then slip light would blink and ABS was engaging as I was leaving the parking lot then all the lights came back on.
I'm leaning towards sensor or wheel hub assembly. I did replace that hub last year as it was noisy and has been quiet and functioning fine ever since.
I'm really hoping it's the sensor here as I just ordered one from RockAuto. Though I am a bit scared that both of these codes show up and not just the C1104 -- for a bad sensor.

-Brake fluid is topped off
-Brake pad levels are fine
-Brake switch is fine as the brake lights work.
-That wheel hub assembly should be fine as I had that one replaced last year.
-ABS module isn't making any strange noises -- car still purs like a kitten for 100k miles.
-I forgot to mention I looked for anything foreign that may have bunged anything up on both sides and everything looks good and straight. Alignment is perfect as I had it done last year w/ new tires.

For reference:

FR LH SENSOR 1

[C1104]

Circuit of front LH wheel sensor is open, shorted or sensor power voltage is unusual.

FR LH SENSOR 2

[C1108]

ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) cannot identify sensor pulses, because of large gap between wheel sensor and sensor rotor.

It sounds like you just need to replace the abs sensor. They aren't really expensive.

Yeah I went ahead and ordered one from RockAuto. $130 shipped and I can return it if it doesn't fix the issue. I just really wanted any input on if anyone has had this same code and what they did to remedy it.

Had the same problem recently. I washed my car, reset the battery, and I had to reset my airbag warning light. Did that by pressing on/off 3 times before it blinked.

I wonder if salt/dirt is clogging wheel spin sensor hole?

No more issues. My car really doesn't like cold or being dirty...

Yeah I did take both front sensors out of the hubs and cleaned them up/put them back.

They really weren't too dirty but as I said above, the lights did go out for about 20 seconds after I cleaned them then they promptly came back and have been back on since.

Update: I replaced the front drivers side ABS sensor and all is well. Lights instantly turned off and have been good since.

Side Note: Does anyone know where a good place to buy the OEM plastic clips which hold the fender liner on? I snapped two and would like to replace.

Also, I'd like to replace all the belly pan hardware is there a kit someone sells to do this?
