DIY LED strip HELP!

I just bought two led strip lights to install down by the floor on driver and passenger side. I do NOT want to tie them into the dome lights. I bought a switch and was trying to hook them up to the battery but I have no idea how to go about getting it to the battery. Any suggestions, help, or other alternative methods would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2007 Infiniti g35 sedan.

Fsm. How to get Fsm? Online. Where to get online? Google. Where to get Google? Internet. Where to get internet? Internet service provider. Where to get internet service provider? Pay for one. How to pay for one? Cash or credit

Check my wiring in my DIY here, I just used the rubber bulkhead to run my wiring from the engine bay through to the cabin.

Well I didn't even know what an fsm was... I'm not a big car girl. I'm learning as I go and was posting to ask for help since my fiance was going to be wiring it up but couldn't find a way to connect it to the battery.
