New to me 2008 g35x intro

Hi just wanted to introduce myself, i have been in the market for something more grown up for about a month, and i had been primarily looking for 2007-2008 Acura TL's..

That is until I found my 2008 G35x with 47,XXX KM (30,XXX miles~). The low mileage seemed odd at first, but I went to go check it out and the gentleman sounded mature and sure enough it was his wifes car to go down the street to work in.

They were moving to BC for retirement so I had it inspected the next day and negotiated the already competitive price down to $18,000 CAD, including new winter tires on nice (for winter) rims.

I am loving the car so far and am looking forward to replacing the interior lights with white LED's as soon as I can find what type I need to buy. Anyone know? Is Ebay my best bet?

I am also looking to get in tinted, but i cant decide if i want to go dark on the back windows and slightly lighter on the fronts or do a uniform tint all around. I am leaning towards the latter..but really this is my first sedan and i dont know what looks better.

The car drives fantastic and i have always loved the G35 but the RWD scared me for winter purposes..looking forward to trying it out with the AWD however!

Thanks!

For tint, I'd recommend uniform all around. I did 35% (if I remember correctly) and it's been perfect.

In the past when I was younger, I'd go the darkest legal (which is darker in the back). The downside: You can't see SQUAT backing up at night time.

I have never driven anything but FWD so i have nothing to compare it too. My understanding of it is that the car is mainly RWD and only goes AWD when it needs it in snow or rain or around corners?

Unsure, maybe someone can clarify

But it feels like I am on a roller coaster and I love how it doesnt feel awkward in corners like my TL did

194 pretty much lights up the whole car. It is a perfect fit for the side amber lenses (you should get clears they look much better and the license plate ones look awesome!

Check this out for the interior LED's. I did this and it makes my car look a whole lot better at night. And congrats on the G!
