Anybody using lithium ion battery for their G?
Oh Jeffy Jeffy Jeffy, you constant backpeddaling never ceases to amaze. Why can you not just say, yea I had no clue what I was talking about. You were clearly wrong, just admit it.
Also I said very clearly li-ion/ni-mh, you even quoted it. Some use lithium-ion and some use nickel metal hydride. Trying (and failing) to point out a technicality doesnt make you any less wrong.
Congrats on finding one car that uses li-ion/nimh battery to start engine. Still a far cry from your orginal claim.

Not nickel hydrid. Something you made NO MENTION of.
The batteries you are trying to make sense of power the generators. Are not directly connected to the LEAD ACID batteries you just mentioned.
You again have no idea wtf you are talking about.

He loves to daily check my posts so he can follow me to to any thread I post in. Kinda creepy and flattering all at the same time.
It's called being a responsible member of this forum to correct those that don't know wtf they are talking about. I'm not member specific it's just one member is always wrong

My own little personal G35Driver stalker. He checks my post history everyday and follows me into local theads, vendor threads, technical threads, ect. Everywhere I post, he comments.
Probably the most genius car ever made. A true marvel of engineering. 1800lb aluminum chassis, 3cyl 1.0L gas motor and aerodynamically superior. 60mpg no prob. I've seen as high as 84mpg. I wanna go buy another one now. Haha
Starting[edit]
Additionally, vehicles equipped with IMA can shut off their engine when the vehicle stops and use the electric motor to rapidly spin it back up when the driver releases the brake pedal. They also have a conventional starter as a backup, making it the only production hybrid system which can operate with its high voltage electric system disabled, using only its engine like a traditional vehicle. However, since the IMA also acts as the vehicle's alternator, eventually the 12 volt accessory battery would require an external charge

No, it starts the car. Its a different type of hybrid than the Prius. You can actually turn the NiMH off with a switch if you want and still get 50mpg. The car works just like a normal car, but has an electric motor to help when its under load.

Yeah, it was fun, but I fell asleep behind the wheel and rolled it down a hill about 6 times. I can vouch for its safety too, cuz I just walked out of the car. Haha
For Infiniti maybe, not for the car world in general. Its just a handsome Brut that drinks too much. Its pretty classic pony car actually. If it had a V8 it could be straight outta the 60s. Long hood, short deck, low roof, rwd, limited slip (sorta)...those sound like camaro features.
