Farewell
Farewell
I had my 2007 G35 Sport 5AT (premium, nav) from 12/6/2006 until 7/12/2014. It was an absolute trouble-free pleasure that whole time.
However, I just moved on to a 2012 750i xDrive w/ M sport. This thing is a beast! Good luck to all!

And perhaps another tax bracket! Congrats, that's one great upgrade. Post some pix if your new ride.
Thanks...and pics
My financial situation (earnings and wealth) has improved, but the 750i was not an insane purchase. My G35 stickered for just under 40 grand. The 750i was in the low 50's. It is a 2012 with 28k miles, clean Carfax, BMW Certified, and immaculate.

(Note, I say this with the perspective of having previously owned 3 separate 7 series cars. Albeit, they were earlier generation cars, but they were new or relatively so when I owned them. My lesson learned: NEVER EVER EVER own a Bimmer out of warranty. PERIOD! )

Stay far far away from the earlier 7 series that came out in 2002+. Any BMW that you own should have a warranty or you must have deep pockets for repairs. Enjoy the new vehicle and please post up some pics. Hopefully you have a absolute trouble-free pleasure the whole time you own that bimmer.
