Found a post online with some G's with the orange blinker and I think it looks awesome.
Has anyone done this it looks like the blinker side is less red and more pink for the light to go trough.
Would just putting a Amber LED give the same effect. Here are some pictures I found.

 

The lens area for the blinker shows a very yellow color when activated, and no, an amber LED in there won't do much, if anything.
