JDM V36 Side Markers?
I installed those, but the place I bought the lights from no longer exists. Some Nissan / Infiniti dealers can get them for you. The Nissan part number can be found on post 33 in this thread:

No harness is needed if you tap into the blinker wire at the headlight assembly. Just be careful cutting the fender opening. Start small then file as needed to ensure a snug fit. If you oversize the hole, you'll need silicon to make sure it doesn't pop out.
It's not worth it to ship the fenders from Japan.
