After deciding to keep the G and at 74k I am doing the 60k service this week at the dealer. With what they for $750 its worth it to have them knock it out and I will focus on the smaller things like the brakes. The rears are getting low and they are the OEM rotors. I have an X model and debating on cross drilled or slotted rotors and pads. The OEM ones would need to be machined anyway so debating up switching them out.

First would there be an issue just doing the rears and not the fronts at this time since they don't need replacement yet and secondly any good reasonable options for rear brakes and rotors? I know I found a place through Fleabay for my ex's SUV and they seemed decent for the money and never gave me any problems.
