07 G35x with an odd issue

07 G35x with an odd issue
Looked at my first G35x today an 07 with 150k kms on the clock. Was pretty clean and test drive went well. Car is originally from Montreal and I am in Toronto . An odd issue I noticed though was on all the lights and rear windshield there was YUL18363? code stamped on all them. Just was wondering if that is something normal or not.

YUL is the Montreal Airport Code, perhaps this is a former rental car that was rented out of YUL Airport.

If it is one of those cars, I would stay away from. We all rent cars before and we drive the **** out if it.
