there is a guy selling his m45x stock rims. size 245/45 18, i know that the rear of the car uses that exact size but the front stock runs 225/50 18. can i put 245/45 18 all around?

Rims don't come in a 245/45-18, but tires do. In general, rims would be referred to primarily by their diameter, width, offset, and lug pattern spacing. Something like this: 18 x 8, +45, 5x114.3
Remember, for proper wear and handling, a 245 width tire should typically be mounted on a rim that is at least 8" wide, regardless of whether it is located on the front or rear of the car.
Man, I would be interested in running a square setup of 245 on 18" rims, so that I can rotate tires.
Maybe the car will be less understeer-ish on the track
(weird enough, I read that the Dodge Challenger SRT-8 only runs 245 weight all around on 20" rims, for so much hp and weight)

yah... both of you are right. i was listing the tire size on the rims he had. all the rims were the same size as well as the tires. was just worrying about some rubbing, but thr guy sold the rims before i could get to them. i was thinking the same thing about being able to rotate the tires, and a aggressive balanced stance doesnt sound bad at all.
