My g35 has been great except for this issue where the rpm gauge will stutter up and down over and over until I gas the car more and while it is shuttering the car is jerking back and forth. So far I have taken it to a shop and they replace a collapsed engine mount but after a little while the issue came back. Any input on follow steps to help resolve this issue or if anyone has had experience with this issue before would be greatly appreciated.

 

Anyone have any input at all, any help is great.
