My extended warranty paid for itself after first use. I had new lower control arms and compression arms replaced. I didnt pay for the warranty dealership gave it to me at no cost so l would get the G! Ive bought four new cars off of them. First used car from them! Extended warranties are a must buy on a used car !!

These used to be the big three for Elite warranty sales:

http://www.luxuryprotectionplan.com/ (Scottsdale Infiniti)
http://eliteprotectionplan.net/ (Circle Infiniti)
http://www.infinitiofnashua.com/ (Nashua Infiniti)

That could have changed by now, but they should be a good start.

Yeah, that's messed up, and quite the amateur mistake I might add. It's certainly not what you should expect from a dealership; no surprise coming from a PepBoys or Firestone maybe, but definitely not from a dealer! I'd be sure to have a word with the service manager about it. Have you happened to check how many turns of the steering wheel it takes before you hit the stops when turning left vs. right? (as referenced from a dead straight heading)

Oh, and why are the lights on?

Dunno, the brake resevoir is between E and F. Hopefully the pads aren't low.

Mehh, that brake fluid reservoir level sensor they use is hysterical if you ask me; and not in a funny way. What I mean is that I would not take the need to add a little fluid to be a statement about your pads needing replacement. From my experience, the two are only the least bit related. I got another two years (20K miles) out of my pads AFTER topping off the fluid to shut the lights off.

Turns out a sensor that detects the steering wheel angle was throwing the two idiot dash lights. Once they fixed the crooked steering wheel it went away.

As we were....

Believe me, I let them know about it. They got a "1" out of "10" on their survey and they found out the next day haha.
