traction control keeps interfering with my driving..please help

I have a 2008 Infiniti G35x and the traction control keeps interfering with my driving. whenever I make a right turn, for example, the traction control system will kick in and start jerking the car around with the "SLIP" indicator flashing on the dash. I won't even be going that fast either. On just about every hard right turn I can think of, no matter how SLOW I'm moving, the traction control always starts randomly jerking the car around. (Well, unless I'm moving at like 1 mph). Needless to say it makes driving the G35 extremely unpleasant.

My younger brother has a Honda Civic, which I drove for a little while, and I could take those same hard right turns WAY faster without the obnoxious traction control f*cking with me. i wish I knew what the issue is here. Nobody else seems to have this problem. What could it be?

So turn it off.

But anyway, do you brake around the turn? Never brake around turns. Brake before turns and accelerate thru the apex. It should never come on if you do you this. Actually, using the VDC can help you unlearn bad driving habits.

What wheels and tire sizes are you running?

^^ THIS

If the overall rolling diameters of the 4 tires are not close enough to each other, you'll invoke the system during a turn. That being said, a bad wheel speed sensor could also cause it too.

Also, if your front/rear tires are old/new, meaning you replaced only the fronts or rears and not the other, it can cause the VDC to kick in.

I once tried to get away with only changing the front tires while leaving the rears (looked to be like at least 1/2 life left) but the car didn't much like it and threw the light quite often. Probably not as much as you're experiencing, but it did.
