Dumb radiator cap question
What is the pressure of the stock radiator cap? I replaced mine a few months ago - have been smelling coolant in engine bay with no obvious leaks.
Ordered a OEM cap from Sewell this time and the pressure rating is 88 kpa (13 psi). The one that I bought from Autozone, etc. has 20 psi on it and I don't have the original to see what that one was.
Any idea on what the pressure rating should be?
Update - the build date on mine is 12/2006
