OBD2 Port has no power

Anyone know which fuse is tied in with the OBD2 port? Mine isnt getting power.

there's a 10 amp fuse labeled battery/electronics that powers the clock and cig lighter I believe that is on the same as the port. But if your clock and cig lighter work. Dunno.
