I have an 08 G35x and all four windows roll down with the remote unlock button.

The only way without mods to roll the windows up, it to insert the mechanical key into the door lock, turn left and hold. All the windows will roll up. Sunroof doesn't close on my particular model.

If you are talking about rolling them up with just the remote, it is likely you would need a modification of some sort....
