So I've done a ton of research on this topic and on my 08 g35x, it seems to come and go whenever it wants. The brake fluid is on max and all pads, rotors are good.

I've read that the throttle body could cause this? I am waiting for the gaskets from nissan. I have rough idle so I do need to clean them. Would this make those lights go off?

I've also read that it could be a bad abs Sensor. Is there a way to check a bad abs sensor?

Any other options I should take?

 

How do you check to see if your brake light switch is bad?

The three lights only come on when I am braking. And only a certain times. Someday's I'll go a week without the lights coming on, others I'll go a few hours.

I don't think that it would be a bad ABS sensor as the lights would be on almost constantly.
