New to me car.. v2!

So.. I loved the first G35 so much(2005 6MT Sedan, had for 1 month so far), that I got another :P
2 years newer, 122,000KM on the odo, 2007 G35S 6 speed.

Has aftermarket rims, needs new fender + bumper, needs a detailing bad, previous owner smoked a bit in it, so it will need a shampooing as well. really, the guy didn't take care of it,and it's a shame, :P but his loss = my gain! got it dirt cheap.

Otherwise, awesome car.

the steering wheel leather is warn pretty bad, is there any way to restore it ? (look at the pics to see what I'm talking about) and it seems infiniti used crayons to paint some of the trim pieces (rubberized paint?) so most of it is scratched, I've taken it off and began removing the paint, to re-paint it, either with plastidip black, as it seems to be the closest match to the original color / texture, or flat black + clear coat.

compared to the 2005 G35 6MT (same as the G35s, has sport package etc), this thing drives a bit smoother, engine is quieter, it feels a lot more refined, but less raw. I'm sort of stuck on which one I will keep, I enjoy the sporty feeling of the 2005, but I enjoy the creature comforts + more refined feeling of the 07. Ahhh first world problems.

I noticed that at low rpm and low throttle ,sometimes the car lunges , like it jerks(sort of like when you're learning to drive standard and you don't give it enough gas in first... ?)

Any common problems that could cause it?

that used to happen with me the first few days of owning my coupe. i havent done it since. its because the pedal is really sensitive and arent used to it yet.
