09 G37 oem spoiler on 07 G35x sedan?

Will a 2009 oem G37 spoiler fit on a 2007 Infiniti G35x Sedan? Do I have to remove the chrome trim?

Yes to both questions. I have it installed on mine.

BTW, the 2009 G37 has the same exterior design as the 2007 G35. It was 2010+ when the mid-cycle refresh happened.

All rear spoilers up to the current 2014s will work if you order one w/ no rear camera window.
