Installed Tanabe Medalion Exhaust

I got the car used and I believe it got involved in a minor rear collision, hence the ugly, mismatched mufflers. It showed on Carfax report, but didn't specify what and where.

Anyways on to the Tanabe...
Love it! Very well made exhaust. Fit and finish are top notch and no snag during the install. Sound is nice and it is not loud and no freeway drone, just the way I like it.

Here's the sound clip!

While I was at it, I also replaced the differential fluid with Mobil1 75w90 (yes, I know, the manual calls for 80w90).

I would recommend getting the post maf silicone intake tubes for your car, you can get a pair for 80 online somewhere. Also upgrade the stock air filter with a dry drop in panel. Really makes the car sound good.

The tanabe medallion is probably the best sounding exhaust on these cars IMO. I don't know if it frees up the most power, but it certainly sounds sexy sexy sexy. And it's "just" loud enough without being assuming or obnoxious. It will most likely be my next mod.

haha yes sorry for a weak rev on that vid. it's pretty much "broken in" at this time and it sounds a little deeper on start up. still quiet on the hwy/fwy though and no drone.

Hey did u change those connector things that go to the back tapered flange and connects to the rest of the exhaust. Mine r rusted as hell and i figured i change them. I cannot find the name of what it would be either, and i cant find it on the exhaust diagram.
