steering wheel locked, brake and battery lights are on

If anyone had a similar issue, please let me know. When I push to start the car, I notice the brake and battery is on my 2007 infiniti g35x and the steering wheel was locked...

Whole story:

Yes i tried opening the car manually with key and started the car but it didnt help. After several attempts of turning the car on and off, when i started the car i only heard a clicking sound and this time the engine didnt start. took the battery for testing and found out it was dead. Got a replacement and still having the same issue where steering wheel is locked.. I checked the fuse and found the anti theft fuse was blown. I tried switching the good fuse from the heated seat slot to anti theft slot but then only the dashboard lights come on but the engine doesnt start!! When I put the blown up fuse in anti theft slot, atleast the engine starts but the steering wheel is locked..

I'm thinking maybe it needs working fuse in all slot for it to work properly. Tomorrow, I will go and buy replacement of the blown fuse and see if that helps and will keep you guys posted

Is that the reason why this happened completely?
