Heated Seats Not Working

Hello, new to the forums. Looking for some help with my 06 G35 coupe. Neither of the seats warm up with the heat switch turned on, in either low or hi. The light does light up though. I've been searching the internet for some help but haven't been able to figure it out yet. I've checked the 10A fuse (#38) and it's good. I seen something about the IPDM and heated seat relays in it but I can't find any additional info about what or how to check it. How can I figure out if those relays are working? Thanks for the help.

Check your connections first under the seat, do you store anything under there?

I took a look under the driver's side and saw three wires cut, not sure if that's normal. Doesn't seem like it would be but not sure either. All the other wires and connectors seemed to be good.

Have you tried following the troubleshooting steps in the FSM?

See page SE 127, 128

Do you have a multimeter?

Yeah, three wires that don't go anywhere, pretty much looking like they were cut. I'd post a picture but won't see the car again until this weekend.

Download the entire folder for 2006. Keep it all together in one folder. Start with the fwd.pdf file. It is a linked table of contents page that will take you wherever you need to go.
