Master Driver Window Switches acting up

So one of my rear window buttons on the master switch does not like to bring the window up. I have to pull on it hard or at an angle for it to work. The actual switch on the door with the window works flawlessly. Is there anything to fix this. OR can i just use a newer g37 sedan switch with 4 auto up and down features. Will the auto up and down features work? Is the feature embedded into the switch board?

I also have a problem with one of my windows. The rear drivers side will not auto-up but it will auto-down. And on the control buttons the light in the rear passenger button is not as lumiated as the others.

I have the base model so the rear windows dont have auto up feature or the illumination. But most likely the same thing, dont really want to up the switch up, it works just not making good contact up..

This is a common problem on the V36 models. You will have to replace the master window switch to fix it and it will be fine.
