Standalone ecu tune?

Sup guy's,
I'm having a hard time finding standalone ecu tuner can control file and air ratio and lunch control.
Price range around $500. 00 to $800.00

If you guys could point me to right direction would be a big help.

For that price range, get yourself an UpRev package and wideband sensors. There aren't any other tuners that have worked nicely on our vehicles, that I know of.
