I just received my Hypertech! Downloaded the updater software to my Desktop, Registered the device and downloaded the latest software to the unit. I get to my vehicle and connect the Hypertech, turn the ignition to the ON position and nothing happens!
The Hypertech Module is not seeing the ECU! WTF!!!!! How can this happen?
Called Tech Support, we run the board on what issues that may be causing this to happen and still Nothing! They ask me any accessories are ON, if the car has a after market remote start module or alarm kill switch or anything that would prevent the Hypertech Unit from seeing the ECU? All my answers are NOOOOOOO! The only option is return the unit but before I do that, I'm enlisting Yall Experts for HELP!
