I'm about ready to finally fix the scratched rubbery paint in my 07 G35x. I'm thinking about either painting it or doing the carbon fiber wrap. Paint seems easier but would it last, or just get scratched up again?

The vinyl seems like it might last longer(?) and be a nicer finish, but am not sure how well it would stick especially in the deep areas where the window controls are. Seems like having to stretch it so much in that area, it may bubble up eventually. Any advice?
