Another +1 for going to the dealer mostly IF you can afford it.

About 80% of my maintenance and 100% oil changes are at my local dealer. They treat me professionally and my car leaves without any issues. I've taken mine to Midas for brake issues since it was closer to my house.

Sorry for your issues and good luck.

Front and rear cameras, tire pressure for all four tires can display on screen, folding side view mir
Just had my 22nd oil change & filter at the dealer
In addition to changing my oil they informed me of my brake pad thickness on both the front 8mm left and the rear 10mm left with 82.6k miles. No charge for the complete inspection. Also picked up new air filters and a cabin filter which I'll take care of in the spring

For a few dollars more for the oil change, excellent free coffee, bagles, muffins, juice, bottled water, a computer work station and a large flat screen TV. Also a loaner upon request for any nearby shopping.
Also a wash and vacuum of my vehicle returning it much cleaner than when I dropped it off

And if you're not curating a showcar paint finish, don't forget the wash and vacuum. And Modern doesn't care about the miles on the loaner. I routinely drive it back the 70 miles to Raleigh and return 70 when my car is ready. One time I was headed to Asheville for a long weekend. Dropped mine on the way and took loaner to Asheville. Parts delay so loaner all the way back to Raleigh. Then to Greensboro to get my car when done.

The store will end up eating this cost on this guys car, regardless of who touched it last. Give me an email please and I'll get you in contact with the right person.

Not to rain on your parade but I and my family have had a few issues with service done at Firestone locations. The most recent was the final straw for me. I was out of town for a month and my mom took my G to the local shop to have them check a leaking radiator. They sold her on it needing a new battery (which it didn't) and replacing the rear tires for unrepairable punctures (when I had a full replacement warranty with Discount Tire and the tires had developed very slow leaks). She's 80 and doesn't communicate well so instead of calling me she OK'd the work. They ended up losing my I-key and failed to put the trim panels in the engine bay back correctly leaving gaps between the panels and the windshield that allowed rain to enter the car. You got it, it rained like hell for 2 weeks while I was gone and I came home to a moldy car. She was smart enough to get an estimate on replacing the radiator and thermostat and the total was $691 for rad, thermostat, coolant and labor.

I picked up an OEM radiator and thermostat online for $93 shipped and then spent another $15 on coolant. So $108 total, an hour of work in my garage and I was done. They did pay to replace the key but refused to accept responsibility for the leak, the tires or the battery. So yes, I will never visit another one again.
