Brand new Radiator fans not working

Guys I replaced my radiator fans and radiator for the brand new.Filled up with coolant but noticed that fans dont work at all.Where I should check for the problem?

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

Find the cooling fan relay and test it to see if it's getting power and working correctly.

In the FSM! Follow the troubleshooting steps with a multimeter
