I have a 2007 g35 sedan sport with 90k and today i reset the ECU using the pedal method and then went for a short drive and realized that the CEL was popping up everytime i hit the gas pedal but goes away almost immediatley. Was wondering if anyone has had this happen before to them and what could be the cause of it , Thanks

 

Not sure what to tell you without knowing what code you're throwing. Could be anything at this point but I'd suspect oil pressure, check your oil level.
