Florida Owners - Irma

Be safe out there guys and gals. Hopefully you have somewhere to go or have enough food/gas/water to ride out the storm. Prayers heading your way

Thank you. As a Tampa Fl resident I encourage all my Florida family to stay safe, evacuate if you can, and blessings and prayers to you. Lock that G up in the garage!

Clearwater resident here. Looks like the storm is planning to go straight up the middle of the state, for now. This is the first storm that actually has me nervous. Got the generator running, about 15 gal. of gas, and found some sand bags at lowes today. Know where your shelters are. This storm looks like it's no joke. Gonna ride it out since we're supposed to be in a no flood zone. It's also probably too late to evacuate due to traffic jams. **** Irma!!

Hopefully the storm dies down to a CAT 2 or less when landfall comes. I thought Harvey was bad but this is unreal. Almost 3 times the size of Andrew... Good luck you guys

North Tampa resident here, looks like the storm is too close for comfort. Really hoping for some good news as to it's trajectory and strength or else we're out tomorrow morning to a friend's house in Atlanta.

I parked my car in a parking garage tonight. Free parking till the storm has passed. I'm not in a flood zone but still feel better getting it elevated. Apparently other nice cars were thinking the same. Saw two supras parked next to each other. Also saw a skyline, amd this interesting coupe

Had to park outside as the garage was filled with the other cars.
No damage anyway, so that's good news.

Sounds like everyone that responded is out of danger. I'm glad it wasn't more than a CAT 3 when it touched land. Atlanta is getting the brunt of it now (or a little while ago).

It's amazing what we'll do for our cars. Glad you guys are safe
