So recently i just noticed in the mornings when i try and turn my heater on it won't turn on at all neither will the A/C. But after a while of driving for a while it ends up turning on. Anyone else have these issues?

Sounds like a loose wire or failing relay.

Do you happen to know where the relay is located at?

Behind the cabin fuse panel, 2 or 3 blue relays depending on year/chassis. One of them controls the AC fan motor.
