This being the V36 Sedan forum I thought he had an HR as well, but apparently he has a DE. It sounds like after the tune and a few basic bolton mods the de performs quite close to a stock HR, and watching a couple vids online that seems to be the case. As far as tuned HR, I've heard better overall driveability and perhaps more torque at lower rpms which would be welcome, but usually peak power is only about 10hp greater on average.

.
Uprev stock base tune, intake, header, exhaust, flywheel, alum ds, alum engine pulleys. A/f didn't work on the dyno, but the tune is very rich. Big improvement in mpg and torque should be coming.

Got the wideband installed and fixed a major restriction in my exhaust. Ran a few datalogs tonight 0-60-0 and 0-100 then cruising. Sent them your way. Can't wait to experience the difference and lay this 268hp/254tq map with an exhaust restriction over a full tune with smooth flowing exhaust

I'm going to email you as well but you should really consider springing for the ARC upgrade while we're at it. It hadn't been released when you got your initial tune.

Flat foot shifting, rolling anti lag, burnout mod, launch control... very fun stuff

Hmm. This sounds like something I might be interested in soon.

How does pricing work?

BD I'm using your old UpRev cable right now to access my installed tune. The cable I bought from Urban died when I lost WiFi on a firmware update.

definitely do the e-tune.. huge difference in drivability over stock...but do some exhaust flow mods first to realize the biggest benefits, and they will be tuned in together then.

So my tunes are done now guys! The difference in driving. It’s like driving a new car. Response is so much better and at high rpms it’s much smoother. Noticeably faster. Had a close friend sit in the car and he said it’s faster than before. Also had my Roomate drive it and he said it was like a totally different car. I highly recommend you guys contact Seymore and get the tune.

Only thing needed left left for me is to fine tune the flame map. Hopefully it can be something like saul_nismoknights flame map tune.

I definitely second that one. I threw the keys to the G to my buddy Derek that had a bad day at work. I said "drive it in anger".. I trust him.

He came back and was raving about how responsive it is compared to the last time he drove it on the base tune.

I agree. Night and day difference now that I actually got off the base generic tune I ran with for over a year. Only bc I have an early 2003 6mt coupe. No stock wideband to log.. you later 04 up guys have no worries there. Just load the program, connect your laptop to the car, and record data. Email him the logs.. he emails you back a tune file.... upload, log, email... wash rinse repeat.. you won't be sorry.. you'll be amazed.

This G35 feels so fast now.. even faster than my Porsche 911 I just picked up last night.. although I'm tuning it up also.. I wish Seymore4 e-tuned Porsche.

Dyno tuning on the G35 soon. Just to record power #s tuned vs. base. I'll post them also. Base tune #s are in my signature.

and I still have yet to test my flame map.. hehehe videos.
