2007 G35 Sedan fender removal question

Trying to remove a crash-damaged fender from my G and I found two bolts that I couldn't remove without removing the side skirt. I found these two white pins that I could not figure out how to remove. I think that by removing those I could peel back the side skirt and access those two bolts on the fender. Does anyone know how to remove those?

Picture for reference:

Squeezing on the sides didn't allow you to push them through? Do they have screws in them? I'm not very familiar with the sedans.

I couldn't find what I was looking for in the factory service manuals. I'm hoping someone here knows.
